This book provides instructions for thirty different crafts and activities related to Bible stories. At the beginning of each section, Zonderkidz introduces the Bible story related to that craft, briefly describing key events from the story and highlighting a main theme. The pages include illustrations from The Beginner’s Bible, as well as photographs of finished craft projects. Each section includes a supply list and step-by-step instructions for the craft or activity, and there is a always a Bible verse at the end.
The crafts include art projects, recipes, and other activities, such as making a blanket fort. The crafts vary in difficulty, and some of them will require adult supervision or assistance. School-age kids will be able to do most of these crafts independently, and young children will be able to do many of the crafts as well, even though they would need significantly more adult assistance. In a classroom setting, it would require a lot of prep work to do these crafts with little children, since there’s often a lot of cutting involved.
